privacy

push pull stores the plan data, planner inputs, and user profile values needed to save and load your account. the app uses supabase authentication and database services to do that.

what we store

your email address, workout plan structure, planner settings, and saved profile metrics such as weight, height, age, sex, and body fat percentage may be stored so the app can restore your setup when you sign back in.

how it is used

that information is used only to operate the planner, save your personal settings, and generate workout-related features inside the product.

ai hints

if you use the ai hint button, the exercise name, sets, reps, and workout card title are sent to the ai service through a secured server-side function to generate the short hint line.

third-party services

push pull uses supabase for authentication and data storage. ai hint generation is processed through a server-side integration with groq. those services may process request data needed to provide their part of the product.

your control

you can change saved values by signing in and editing your plan. if you want account-level deletion beyond normal editing, contact the site operator through the linked creator sites.
